The overall output quality of Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4820, based on our tests, is higher than the average for the inkjet MFP, with slightly higher-level text, average images, and above-level charts. The text should be good for any commercial use except for those that require small fonts. With graphics, the printer performs well in printing thin colored lines and gradients, and in distinguishing between areas of the same color. Some backgrounds look a little dimmer, and some show very small strips.
